Anyone who doesn’t realize that Egypt is hell-bent on becoming the next Iran (the Sunni version), just isn’t paying attention.
And keep in mind that we facilitated this. Moreover, at a time when the sequestration necessitated the grounding of the USAF Thunderbirds’ F-16s, the US taxpayer gave the Egyptian Islamist regime 20 brand-spanking-new F-16s.
This is NOT going to end well. Islamist regimes are NOT peaceful. Egypt will end up sponsoring Jihadist terrorism, restricting access to the Suez Canal and making trouble along its border with Israel. Maybe not today, perhaps not even this year, but it’s coming. It’s just a matter of time…
